"I took my Great Dane here tonight… I must say this is an absolutely amazing vets. The receptionists were absolutely fab, the reception area was lovely, clean and bright. And the vet himself, what can I say but absolutely phenomenal. I moved my Dane here after being miss treated by the last vets and prescribed unnecessary drugs. He was absolutely terrified of vets and today he coped so well the vet was kind, understanding and compassionate towards him and his overall experience of being treated there was second to none. I’d definitely highly recommend."

"Medivet are an absolute disgrace. I rented a cage for £50 for my tomcat as he had a poorly paw. Overnight I changed my mind so told the receptionist could she refund my money on my card. The receptionist said that only head office could do refunds so one of the vets sent an email. One week later and despite many calls head office still had not give me my money back. I couldn’t fault the receptionists in Harrogate and the vet but this company is shocking.. Eventually I come to the end of my tether after being really patient and threatened legal action. I eventually got head offices phone number from the receptionist and they put the money back on my card. I asked them for an apology but they couldn’t have cared less. If you decide to use this company I would recommend buying the medication on line because their mark up is shocking. The vets themselves where nice and the receptionists professional but In my opinion please avoid. This company is only in it for money and you the owner should be ashamed of yourself!!!!"
