"I had the worse experience ever with these guys, I rang them and explained what is the problem in my car and if they can fix it. I took my car after explaining the problem they still insisted they need to attach diagnostic kit. First they said 30 pounds to diagnose and after they said 40 pounds i asked why 40 he said 10 pounds service charge. Anyway i paid 40 pounds i asked for receipt guy said they dont have printer i asked for diagnostic report then he said its not ready yet. I was told to ring back to book an appointment and for further information on report. I rang multiple times every time i had same answer that they didnt had chance to look. I asked for report they couldn't provide. After trying for few days i gave up and wasted 40 pounds and car still not fixed by them had to find someone else. I will never recommend these guys to anyone very poor service"
