"Requested for a specific frame to be used but my picture came framed in a different material of a different colour. The man in charge of framing just lied straight to my face saying it's what happens when wood gets worn. It turns into plastic apparently! If he would be honest and say we didn't have the frame in stock so used another type ok, but to just lie and get angry that's too far."
