"I phoned GSR Gas & Plumbing services and spoke with GAZ , i asked him a question regarding our flooded property and whether a pipe fitting had been correctly fitted or not , even though i advised him that i would not be a paying client he was still very happy to assist us , he very kindly asked us to send him photos of the pipe fittings, etc, he immediately responded to us with his expert opinion . unbelievable. "Freezing weather outside and my boiler broke down. I have 2 kids aged 6 and 2. I was calling like mad but could not get hold to anyone or all booked out. Called Gaz initially but he politely said he has other commitments. I accidentally called him again and he did me this favour as I have two young kids. Just over the phone he gave me instructions and my boiler started to work in minutes. Massive thank you to him. Who on earth will help someone today ?? Its Gaz. People with such ethics are rare to be seen. Great great great man. Not only I will be his customer for life but also will get my family and friends to use him for any gas related services.
