"Very disappointed with the service. Had a Samsung LED TV taken in for repair which was then given back to me with a defect (a bright white circle appeared on the screen from a defected LED bulb). I took it back in to get the bulb replaced/repaired, which is fine, I appreciated these things happen, but having now received my TV back for a second time, it’s now got another defect (the TV has now got a very thick dim black line across the middle of the screen - almost as if none of the bulbs are working). I’ve basically paid £180+ for nothing. Each time I’ve had the TV back there’s been another problem with it and my TV is now worse off. I have tried to arrange to to take it back again for a third time, but it’s a huge struggle to get through. I’ve been told “he’s busy and to call back another time”. I would seriously avoid using this company."
