"My Renault engine kept cutting out and took it to 2 garages who couldn’t find the issue. These guys found the issue straight away they are truly Renault Specialists. Repaired at a good cost and had a service to go with it as the prices were much cheaper than main dealers. Definitely recommend for anyone that has a Renault"

"Avoid this garage at all costs. Took my car in with a loss of power just before Christmas. The car was run through some checks and it was advised that 2 pipes under the engine to the DPF and 1 near the boost sensor was blocked and needed changing. I was quoted £400 to change the pipes. As I use the renault grand scenic as a taxi I agreed to the cost. I left the car overnight and the following morning he advised that 4 heater plugs were also needed. I agreed and collected later that day at a cost of £530. After collection I was told the DPF was blocked and to drive it on the motorway. I did this but the car did not regenerate. Loss of power got worse not even reaching 30mph. I tried calling back but they had already closed. After Christmas I went back again after having to park my car up over my busiest period to be told that the Turbo was blocked and it was nothing to do with the original fault. I took my car and went to another renault specialist who advised that it was a faulty sensor that needed replacing. I paid over £530 for repairs that were not needed as the original fault was not what he diagnosed and the sensor should have been changed in the first place. Awful garage that I will never go back to again"

"Avoid at all costs!! My car went in with a brake light issue! He fitted new brakes and did a service. I had no issues before it went in but it broke down within a week of it being in the garage. It was taken back and he refused to work on it! He said he’d worked for Renault for over 17 years and said he was their best mechanic!!! But wouldn’t work on my Renault??!!"

When I came to pick up the car the receipt was waiting and the payment was quick. I would use The Renault Specialist again."
