"Beats Headphones solo 3 , one side had stopped working and was quoted by Apple a lot of money, almost the same as buying a new pair. Found these guys online and got a quick and fantastic repair and good communication once sent item to the point of being delivered back. Do not throw away get it repaired !!"

"Stay away from this company unless you want to waste your time and money! 3 attempts to fix it, now over an entire year later and my AV receiver is still not working. I originally paid £200 to fix what was quoted as a simple fault. I thought that was expensive but they were the experts and offered me a 3 month warranty on their work so I trusted them. How wrong I was. The receiever failed again almost exactly 3 months after the first repair attempt. They offered a warranty repair, took a couple months to send it back but it did work again, only briefly. It failed again within the 3 months so I complained and they reluctantly offered me 1 more repair. This time they held onto it for 3 months. Throughout this time they ignored all my emails and phone calls until finally sending it back, exactly the way I had sent it to them. Still faulty, as if it had not even left the box. So now I have wasted an entire year, £200 and all my energy with this company. They have refused to refund me my money unless I write them some positive reviews, which morally I can not do. Reading the rest of the reviews on here it does not sound like I'm the only one that they have tried this immoral trading practice on. Please save yourself, go to a trustworthy ethical repair company."

"Get it fixed, fantastic service. I needed my pro quality studio monitors repairing, they were in a bad state of having power issues and making awful noises. From the get go these guys were on the ball, sent label next day and posted them off. They kept me well informed throughout. My studio monitors have been returned to me. Wow sounding as good as new again, extremely happy with the outcome. Definitely use them again if needed."
