"Mitchell's have been an absolute life saver - As complex as the care home sector is when it comes to acquisitions and takeovers, we came to learn that paying minimal for an accountant not having the right expertise simply resulted in an amalgamation of misstated profits in the P&L and overstated figures within the Balance Sheets, we were pulling our hair out as the numbers were just not making sense to not only the business owners but to the banks too.
