"I’m with RMS nearly 2years is there terminal always making trouble So I called from October 2022 so they said they will send a new machine after a month I got that (after so many phone calls). But they send two machines at the same time one was advanced so I took the advanced one so the courier driver took the other one and our old one as well So I called rms and told them to activate it they said I can’t use that so why did they send me both terminals and they said they will sort it out in 24 hours this was happening in middle of November but I didn’t receive what they said Then I called them next week and ask where is my terminal they said they will sort it in 24 hours this was end of November. Now is end of December still I’m waiting for my machine And they took line rental for October without using their service I don’t understand what kind of service you are giving and I try to cancel also they won’t let me to do because I’m in contract until next October With out any service why should I be with you if you didn’t sort this out I have to deal with legally because you have all my phone conversations because you said it was training purposes I don’t recommend your company to any of my friends or other people I’m so fed up with you"

"Poor company, provided me with 3 different card machines... None of them worked! Customer service isn't very good. I have asked to cancel my contract with them and have been told I'll need to pay £2100 as a 'liquidation fee'. Ridiculous. I simply don't want to use them anymore but am now stuck with them because of this. Stay away!"

"Company doesn't want to know you after you signed the contract, just stay a way. I wanted to cancel my contract just the day card machine arrived so nothing has been used yet but noone to contact. The person who came to sell it to me doesn't help either so stay away! Not a professional company."

"Appalling customer service! We are in peak trading. We have been without card machines for 5 days. Sent 1 replacement machine not 2. Machine doesn't work. Won't escalate our complaints. Told me another 3-4 days for machines! We have been complaining since March about our machines and they have done nothing to solve any of the issues! Horrendous."

"Not even worth 1 star The customer service from this company is appalling. Save your time and money and go with someone else . I'm still waiting for a response from last year . I was one of their customers for 7 years, but had to go with another provider as RMS left me with no card machine for months I was forced to go elsewhere Update Katy It's not difficult to locate my details I've tried to contact RMS and I'm sure you mean well however My advice to you would be to find another company that will appreciate you and look after their customers like they matter Wishing you all the best"
