"Absolutely appallingly long waiting times which staff are totally unconcerned about, with the only thing they have to say about it, is to go to a different branch, which is not helpful. Sometimes stood outside that bank for over an hour. No system in place for customers who have very very lengthy transactions so both cashiers (there are never more than two) are both on transactions that can take 30 minutes or more, during which time the queue does not go down at all. Staff are very friendly but by the time i get to the counter, i'm beyond pleasantries. If the bank was not dictated by my employer i would never set foot in a nat west again."
"Yes sometimes you have to queue but the service is professional and friendly . The staff recently have helped us so much .having dealt with other banks before this service at wickersley is highly recommended ."
"Great service from the Wickersley branch. Yes I had to queue but after a year of Covid19 I would not expect anything else. Not all counters were in use due to social distancing but it was worth the wait. My enquiries were not straight forward, they were dealt with really well.The customer care including the bloke looking after the front if house was pretty good. Lastly I live in a small town which had 4 banks/building socs a d now tbere are none. Lookafter what you have."
"Use this Branch as it is our local branch. Have to wait at times due to it being used by people from outer districts. Probably understaffed also. BUT the staff are professional and friendly. e.g. when I was recently having building work done and required to withdraw sums of money for the builder the counter staff asked questions that I realised were for my protection. I was impressed by this. Happened on the 3 occasions I made requests of different staff. Recently had some account contact with a staff member who again was efficient and courteous."
"Terrible branch, there's no where near enough parking, the ques are always to the door or even longer, they've got 4 desks but I've never seen them use more than 2!! And to top it off the opening hours are rubbish, they close at 4pm every day so people who work are stuck or have to go in lunch hour and waste 40 mins queing up! They've more or less closed every other Natwest branch in Rotherham so there's not much choice than to go here, it makes you want to change banks its so bad. All they are bothered about is online which cuts there own costs but at our in convenience"
