"Dan first phoned me in November 2021 and, as a first-time buyer, I had very little knowledge. Between then and May 2022, Dan would explain the whole process to me in a way that I understood, sometimes being on the phone to me for over 90 minutes if I needed it! Dan then handled all the steps between getting a mortgage in principle in May 2022 to completing the house purchase in November 2022.
