"Rude vet lovely receptionist. This being the closest place I’ve got, is absolutely absurd. My dog started scratching her ear recently to the point where she’s bled I took her to the vet and I told him how she’d probably got an ear infection and saying how I was worried and asked what to do. He stood there saying nothing to me, checked her ear within 10 seconds and off to the next room handing me medication for I don’t know what. Did not explain to me what it is, didn’t tell me the diagnosis just got handed a £88 bill for a 10 second examination?? My dogs ear did not get any better mind you. I had to do my own research and buy my own ear cleaning products gladly I was able to find one that worked."
