"This was a while ago during COVID, but I feel as though the vets should know how amazing they were. My hamster, Doris, was extremely unwell and I rang up in the morning, not registered, and was offered an appointment the same day. The vet took Doris in and prescribed some antibiotics and all in all it came to about £50 and she got better. The lady on the phone who booked the appointment was so lovely and helpful, and the vet was very good too. Doris passed away six months later but she made it a lot longer, I think, because she was given appropriate care here. Thank you guys!"

We only had a short wait in the waiting room and then went in to see the vet and the vet nurse, who listened attentively to my concerns and made helpful suggestions.
