"We took our Rottweiler puppy down to the shop, who was quite scared as he has never been before, we met Sam (a staff member) who was very nice to our dog. Sam offered our puppy treats, petted him, helped us and advised us on what food could be good for him. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable considering we have a big dog and some people can be quite scared. Our puppy left the shop clearly feeling much more at ease. Thank you to everyone who worked there and thank you to Sam, we really appreciate your help."
"Lovely welcomming, well stocked, well kept, well lit, clean store, wider isles with a wide veriety of goods. Excellent customer services. The Staff are fully trained and very helpfull who will assist You with Your purchase to Your vehicle if needed. Price range varies on goods from grab a bargain to a little over priced on some items."

"It caters more for dogs with most of the shop being dog related products. There is only 1 aisle for cats. When I have took my cat on walks there they have been welcoming. The staff are very friendly whilst giving you space to browse. Everything we have got from here is good quality and my cats have loved items we've bought."
