"Love this place. Awesome VIP vouchers, so much money can be knocked off your bill. If you buy food and your dog doesn't like it you just take it back and they give you a full refund no matter how much is left in the bag !! Staff are so friendly and helpful. "Bought a dog crate from the Norwich store whilst on hols. The cashier, Craig, on the tils told us how to get our young dog used to the crate and advised we could return if he didn't take to it. We returned to the Colton branch on return from hols, our local. Whilst there wasn't a problem as such... give me Craig any day. I would employ Craig all day long!"

I get my tough toys there but they don't last long I suppose we were lucky and got a day out of it but this day and age you have to watch what you spend on .I need value for money .but on the hole I love the shop"
