"Definitely do not recommend! Terrible experience with this company. The girls in the nursery try their best however the company as a whole are useless. So many issues! Changed to a different childcare provider, life is much less stressful!"
"My little girl has been attending buttercups since she was 18 months old she started off in the tweenie room and absaloutley loved it and thrived of socialising with the other children and settling in pretty quickly I was abit hesitant with leaving her but the girls in tweenie room constantly resured me that she was fine and enjoying her time there, she is now in the toddler room and constantly asks to go to nursery every day she has grown in confidence so much and made lots of new friends. Her speech is amazing and she can count to 20 all by herself I carnt thank the nursery enough for helping and supporting my little girl to grow into the independent little girl she is today. The management team always go above and beyond with any enquiries I have. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone that is looking for a place for their child."
"After initially rating 5 stars from the earlier months I feel I should update my review. I am not surprised there are only 3 reviews and that I am the last one that has posted from 2 years ago. The first one is from the owner !! 2015-2019 The care for my child from baby to 4 years was mainly good and although most staff were competent and attentive, others were not and we had concerns along the way i.e procedures, H&S, training. Rightly so, these were dealt with but it's not something we should be worrying about. The other issues were with payments/30hrs side/average bills etc ! Constant, constant problems every month with bills. Just childcare management team and their finance team are a joke and will mess your bills up and i firmly believe they'd even do it on purpose to force you to leave. Although we were told we were the only ones, we knew our friends were experiencing the same issues and even others recently there which have forced them to move. Quite a rollercoaster ride and not an enjoyable one. This took up a lot of time to deal with the issues, meetings, checking figures etc and I'm sure you'll agree we don't have any time with having kids and I believe the management count on it. I'm out."
