"We had used Hound do's a few times for our pekingese. he always came back very different!! she said her hair dryer had broken and her husband had to help her try to dry our double coated dog and he came back home dripping wet, we dried him ourselves, and took our business elsewhere, we encountered problems with other local groomers, so tried her again... then she decided to shave our dogs face around he's eyes leaving him looking like a pug... on questioning her she said the other peke she does, the owner request her to shave him and she would groom him for free! You should never not ever shave a double coated dog only in very extreme cases and only with the owners consent. after going elsewhere again we were forced to come local again because groomers lie and say they can groom any dog, after another unfortunate grooming session, we tried Hound Do's again, she never gave us our freebie!!"
