"The first time we visited ZSL London Zoo a few years ago, the Zoo Shop & Exit was free roaming with many more things on sale but during our recent visit due to the pandemic, they have gone with a one way system which is understandable but that has made it seem like there is a lower range of things on sale. Another thing we noticed was, all the mini shops around the zoo were closed and this was the only one open. With all that said, the products on sale are as you'd expect, the staff were nice and helpful from our visits. All in all, we're sure you'll find something to your liking. Recommended."
