"Really they don't deserve even one star there not helpful at all the service is zero. The secretary and the nurses the have always an excuse no to help you I been trying to sort my health issues with them but they don't really care. I had couple appointments with this gp and they always tell me the same thing. I would said that there not professional, even my daughter had some health problems and the gp sent her somewhere else to get treated and she called the place to book an appointment but they don't weren't answer the phone for over a month and when they answered they told her that why doesn't the gp does the treatment when they can do it to so is just a waist of time so I wouldnt recommend there service to anyone thats has health problems because like I said they won't do anything for you apart form making excuses and treat you like s***you"

"This can't be a doctor to help people! I want to see a doctor, but not allowed to meet appoitment! Several times a call from 8 am, and always answered that I can not go to the doctor, the reader is waiting for an X-ray. I have an X-ray until April 4. Until April 4, one has to worry ??????"

"Virtually impossible to get through to even the receptionist on the phone - how does anyone get an appointment here? Not even a call queuing system, either engaged or rings unanswered forever -what a joke. Changed surgeries, no problem at all at the new one. Don’t know what’s going on here but it’s definitely not good….."

"I just had an appointment yesterday at gynecology,and I was treated very rude. There was an old lady,my mistake is that I didn't asked for her name. I knew that I am going there for an urine test,but there I found that I need to do some swab test.I was scared because I wasn't ready for that,and the doctor said not to waste its time. I asked if I can do something else or to come in another day,but she said just "no" and shows me the door. I haven't been treated like that in my life,and I was crying all day. I am very dissapointed, she treated me like you treat the trash,maybe just because she thought that I am another imigrant who can't explain very well what is suffering from. I am looking forward to make a complain against its treatment."
