"We were recommended Hillcrest boarding by a family member but the kennels had changed management, As soon as I contacted Sarah I was immediately put as ease, We have a big bouncy 2yr old labrador so I was very nervous leaving him he hasn’t been away from us before but as soon as we entered the grounds those nerves went, It was clear to see he was going to be well looked after! I received regular updates and photos which was really reassuring and great to see what he was getting up to! The kennels are big, roomy and bright and the grounds looked ideal for our big bouncy bear to run around. I’ve already booked him in for several dates next year! Thank you Sarah and team Chase can’t wait to come back and visit."

"Absolutely avoid!!! A friend of mine had dogs staying here for a long period and I picked one of them up as a favour and I have never seen a dog in such a state. Completely caked in urine and feaces, both of them stunk! Severely underweight"

"Absoloutly DISCUSTING. Made it PERFECTLY CLEAR my dogs are chewers, when I went to fill paperwork, when I dropped them and when I took them into the field with staff, we removed all leads and harnesses and again I went through, meds , the chewing etc, and Yet when I went to fetch them, I was greeted with, a ' sorry, one got destroyed' meaning a 35.00 harness, aparantly, when I said my dog chews everything I didn't specify a harness, they were only left for 10 mins, but I want to know why they were left with the harness on, as they said they did me a favour by getting them ready for collection, the state of harness couldn't have possibly be chewed while on, it appears they have been left on the ground for dogs to destroy, one is in bits and another is partly chewed, the owner said maybe it didn't happen here.... Lol, u greeted me with the information.... And also wearing a harness while unattended is HIGHLY DANGEROUS...... I was told if I refused to pay, I would be locked in ha ha!!! And wouldn't get my dogs who were already in the car , I also left a special bowl for one dog as she has issues eating, it wasn't used, and her medication wasn't given, yet the other medication she has was given more than the specified dosage!!!!! Was suppose to get 10 poxy percent off ...... My bill was 280.00 and Ive now got to replace two Julius K9 harnesses.... AVOID THIS PLACE, ABSOLOUTE JOKERS. The ' miserable assistant' Mandy was extremly chatty as I arrived to collect , telling me how well behaved my dogs are.....Now I know why!!!!! NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR."
