"We went there to view a kennel for our dogs. We were welcomed by the owner who was very nice and helpful. Lovely setting for animals. Like a small farm. Well organised. The rates and rules were clearly explained to us and we feel no worries about leaving our dogs there in safe hands. We will give them a practice run there before leaving them for a fortnight. If you are looking to board your dog give them a call, we did and we're so glad we did now."

"After searching for a kennel for our 2 year old border colli we were more then happy to choose mill green after reading the fantastic reviews and visiting the sight to pick up paperwork. We organised our spot for October half term with a lovely woman, while there I asked if I could book in to view the kennels before taking our dog there. The day of our appointment I had to call to cancel due to sickness. Two weeks later I have called to check the date and all is OK. To be told by a man my booking was cancelled due to not going to an appointment I myself had booked! That makes sense? I was told I didn't call to cancel the non mandatory visit, (which I did) and my dogs spot was now taken. I didn't cancel and was still wanting him to go there. Being completely let down by this company a week before our holiday and its half term too so we now have nowhere to go. What a complete shambles and let down. The communication was awful, no deposits taken, payments on arrival, I've never known a business run like it. How on earth are you supposed to have security over your pets space? I don't turn up to an appointment that I booked, not them, and it gets cancelled although no warning of space loss if didn't arrive. Couldn't they have called to confirm I still wanted the space? What would of happened if I did turn up on the day. Due to the rubbish lack of communication and business management alone I would not recommend this company and would rather try elsewhere."

"Just picked up my very fussy pooch after a 2 week board. This is the first time we’ve ever left him. He has obviously been well looked after. In excellent shape and happy. I’ll have no worries about boarding him here again in the future."

"We were looking for a kennel for our 7 year old Labrador and as she'd never been in one before, we needed one we could trust. An old work friend recommended Mill Green as he'd used them for many years with no issues. After having a look first hand, we booked her in for 6 nights, but just to be sure we put her in for a few hours day care 3 weeks before. As she was fine with that it gave us the confidence she should would settle over a longer stay. We dropped her off last week and picked her up today and she was fine again, no problems at all. She settled straight back in when we got her home. On the whole, we would recommend Mill Green to anyone looking to board their dog."
