About the Business
Welcome to the RSPCA Newbrook Farm, Animal Centre, Hospital, Education Centre, located in the beautiful Frankley Green of Birmingham in United Kingdom. As a leading animal welfare organisation, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) operates the Newbrook Farm facility with the aim to provide animal care, protection and education to the community.
Our establishment is open to the public and serves as a point of interest for animal lovers, students or anyone who wants to learn about animal welfare. Our facility comprises of different areas, including the animal centre, hospital, and education centre, each designed to cater for different aspects of our mission.
The Animal Centre is where we shelter and care for different kinds of animals that are either abandoned or rescued from mistreatment. We provide the animals with the necessary medical attention, food, and shelter until we can find them loving homes. As part of our adoption process, we screen potential new owners to ensure the best match for both the animal and the owner.
Our Hospital provides veterinary care to animals that require medical attention. Our team of veterinarians is specially trained in providing high-quality medical care to all animals regardless of their size and species. In addition to our veterinary services, we also offer micro-chipping, neutering, and other essential animal welfare needs.
The Education Centre is where we provide educational programmes on animal welfare to schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. Our aim is to enlighten the public about the importance of animal welfare while promoting kindness and respect towards animals. We organise various workshops, seminars, and events throughout the year.
Our establishment is fully funded by donations from the public, and we always welcome donations, volunteers, and sponsors to support our work in providing animal care, protection, and education. We take pride in our mission, and our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that every animal gets the best care and attention they deserve. So, whether you are an animal lover, student, or just looking for something interesting to do, come and visit us at the RSPCA Newbrook Farm, Animal Centre, Hospital, Education Centre. We would be delighted to show you around and tell you more about our work towards animal welfare.

Reviews
"The worst so called charity. Call about cruelty and they literally ignore it, cat still being neglected and full of sores/ fur loss. They want money off people but don't actually care about animals anymore, was all for show when Rolf Harris was on TV. I've tried to report injured animals and 9/10 times they fob me off, waste of time. Never donate to them!"
"Just called to help a injured fox that broke its leg jumping over my fence. The guy I spoke to said I need proof that the incident happened in my garden before he can send someone out in three days. I explained to him the fox won't make it for three days and it's really scared, stressed and weak. He rudely said well that's their Rules and hung up the phone.. these people are not animal lovers.. its just a 9 to 5 to them.. useless and worthless service"
"I turned up to drop off loads of bedding & food during lockdown as I thought it would be needed? The horrible woman I spoke to treated me like s**t & made me feel like a nuisance! Bearing in mind I had a car full of bedding & food! She was very rude & abrupt! I got back in my car & drove to Linford Lane tip & dumped the lot! I will never ever help this ungrateful so called charity ever again!"
"I accidentally left my dog on the front garden. (She won't leave the garden) Someone called RSPCA, the guy knocked on my door and said my dog had been hit by a car, upset I asked is she ok. He said just got a bit of a limp. I said she's got arthritis, are you sure it not that. No he said. He took my dog and I am worried sick waiting for a phone call. One hour later I get a phone call saying she hadn't been hit by a car and it's just her arthritis. They then said she's not chipped so we've chipped her. I had to pay for the chip and for her being there plus the taxi there and back. I basically got robbed. I know these guys do a lot of good but come on. That's legal theft. Blackmail. "Pay this to release your dog". She hadn't even been hit by a car just sun bathing in the garden. Poor girl was so scared, one minute sunbathing, next minute behind bars."
"Me and the wife recently adopted a beautiful dog here recently. The staff were amazing offerd endless help and support even now weeks after the adoption. We were always greeted with a smile and welcoming arms.. really can't praise this place any more there doing great things for animals in need"
