"Nice west end theatre with a good atmosphere. They have the usual bar's and also an app that allows you to get deliveries to your seat. For once the toilets (downstairs), compared to other such theatres, were a reasonable size and so we did not have the usual queues. We were in the Dress Circle (d10,11) and the seats are tight, both in leg room and width. I am a slim build and 6ft and I fit in, but if you are bigger then it could be very tight. The Dress Circle is very high up compared to some places. The seats are very raked so you get a good view but you do look down at the stage (see picture). As for the performance of The Seagull that we saw, that was excellent. Even though they had no scenery it worked. It is the great thing about theatre that you can drive the use of imagination! First act, (1h20m) was quite funny, the second (40min) much deeper. Great acting by everyone."
"Great theatre, lots of character, comfy seats, polite and helpful staff. Good views from the stalls. Drinks and snacks priced at the upper end of what I expect at the theatre (£9+ for a glass of prosecco, £4 for a pack of chocolate buttons). Urinals smelled quite badly (cubicle was reasonable), and it was very hot inside the auditorium so although the seats were quite nice (for theatre seats) it was a bit distracting to have Shrek set up camp in my butt crack arguing over who's swamp it was. Overall a great theatre for a fun night out."
"A lovely intimate theatre. Wouldn’t recommend sitting up in the balcony as you’ll feel very disconnected. The front row of the dress circle is normally my seats of choice. Staff are friendly and welcoming and quick bar service. The front of house areas are small so the interval can be quite crowded. Overall a great venue to visit."
"Lovely theatre and currently hosting The Human Voice. Theatre is centrally located and just off Leicester Square. Good access for all patrons. Snacks and drinks are all available. Front row seats can be slightly limiting on the performance of this play. Play itself was excellent and well executed."
