My recent experience was due to one of my dogs being unwell. Reception were friendly and arranged the appointment as soon as they could. "Lovely vets practise, they are great with my dog, who is a big baby and gets very shaky and scared. When I had to say goodbye to my cat they were so lovely. They gave us time to say goodbye, were really respectful and even sent a condolence card. Update- we have now had a new rescue cat. Again, they are great with her. They gave her a thorough check when we first had her and send us monthly reminders for worming, fleas and annual for boosters."
