"I worked with Kuba for a period of about 7 months and I can honestly say it's been life changing. I have had issues with anxiety for a long time, but these spiraled following Covid lock down, to the point where I was having panic attacks going back into the office (I'd been working from home for 2 years) and trouble facing even basic tasks. The sessions were over video, which actually worked really well for me. He has a great way of really listening and explaining things and adapting the sessions to your needs. I found the mix of practical exercises and understanding what is going on in your mind and body extremely helpful. I am in a much better place now, and functioning well at home and at work.
