Reviews of Boots
"Every time there was an issue with my prescription for the last 3 months, feels like coordonation and logistics are in shambles there, poor customer service also"
"I was served by a moody girl called Kiran who showed NO signs of warmth or friendliness towards a first time customer such as myself. When i asked her questioned, i was given the silence treatment. NOT very friendly or welcoming at all! The place is very dull looking and cramped. Only 2 people were in the store when i was purchasing items. The shelves were full and the prices were not bad, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired in this miserable place."
"We have only the highest compliments for Sarah. She is always smiling and very helpful. My husband, Rewat, always went to Sarah. Many thanks to all the pharmacy staff in Brindley Place. We are leaving Birmingham for Bangkok but will remember Boots."
"I was served by a female staff in black uniform, she is probably an Indian British as I could distinguish her facial structure and dark complexion. She is a beautiful woman in the outer but the inner was completely contradictory. The customer service was 2 of 10, she had never given me a chance to speak, interrupting me immediately by giving rude , short questions. It seemed that she hasn’t took a course for customer service properly. I smelled a signal of discrimination in that circumstance, given that I am an oriental customer and I thinks it is not a right attitude for a boots staff, I distinctly noticed the people who work for Boots, they are totally professional . Then I started thinking of a situation if she was in bad mood so I didn’t leave the store immediately, I was browsing products then saw her interacted with the other a Caucasian customer. The service was the same, short answer, no explain, bad voice, rude questions ( there is no formal words for example: could, can , please, ….). On the contrary, the male staff was smart and kind . If anyone have confronted this situation please like and share"
"Worse customer service ever! I walked in to ask for free Covid test kit from pharmacy area, cause I have tried online, but can't receive the code from website. When I asked the staff for the kit and the staff don't even look at me, she said "scan the code" when she keeps looking at her computer. I tried to scan and it's not working. I asked her again, she said "I don't know, you need to scan the code!" I explained to her it's not working, can you find someone who knows to help me. By the way, when I was talking to her, the whole time she was looking her computer, not have any eyes contact with me. I have to explain to her again that is not working, finally she gives me one kit, I asked her do you need me to register anything, she said no. The store is very quiet, I am the only one customer in that area, she doesn't want to help and service me at all with really rude attitude! Don't get the point why this store still open, anyway the staff don't want to work and then of course no customers. Suggest boots close down this store."
