"Staff very polite, very good with my spring spaniel been going for 16 years, rarely have any problems. Glad we can call on them when our dog is ill, gives us piece of mind."
"Charlie had a lump removed and the attention was fantastic. Staff were very informative and assured me all had gone well. Dispite a return visit the day after the staff were brilliant. I have been using Powis and Partners for a very long time with my past 3 dogs so i put my trust in them to look after my pets."
"Had appointment this morning. Followed the instructions on the sign on the car park and booked in by text. After waiting 20 minutes called to see how long it would be and was invited on to wait inside. Upon entering reception I was told I was next. My appointment was 9 20. Another customer confirmed they were 9.40, but was waiting outside. They were called before me. When asked why I hadn't gone in next the receptionist went to investigate and said they would just finish the other appointment then it would be my appointment. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. My family and I have been customers at this practise since 1986 but I'm now looking for an alternative vets"
"We never had to have a complain with one exception. One of my cats was treated by a female vet of which my cat my daughter and me we were not impressed. To ask for a got a lump on his £ 150,-- is a "bit over "the top and I don't think it was necessary for my cat there I knew he had a thyroid disease we came to have a look at his hindleg. She grabbed him in his neck poor soul , put him down and said come on walk. He crawled over the floor and I picked him up. I thought by myself next time when I see you I grab you by your neck! She is not kind to animals doesn't have feeling for our pets. We left my friend took the cat back to the car and I paid the consult. Last weekend his leg became worse Saturday he got a lump and Sunday it was bigger. Monday I called could come my carer dropped me off . I told reception that I wanted Pippa, Saul or David but not the unfriendly vet. It was Pippa we came in she asked some questions she took him out of his carrier examined him looked at me and said sorry but it is bone cancer. In a lot of pain. Thank goodness we are allowed to decide about death and life by animals. You have to be cruel to be kind. H e was 14 years old and one of my cats who was always talking to me and if I didn't listen and did what he wanted he jumped up put his paw on my arm and looked with those eyes. He hadn't talked to me since a week .I knew he wasn't right . I looked at Pippa and asked if I could hold him while she was going to put him asleep. RIP , Mr. Blue give mummy's love to Duffy, Splitzy, Blacky, Binky, Foxy,Beauty and Doortje. It was a big gang and then there were 5 left. Every cat react different at the death of one of them. Thank you Pippa, Jo, Emma, Claire and the nurses and receptionists."
