"Stu from Train Repeat Improve, coached me for the UK Ironman back in the summer and I cannot fault the plan, his advice, and support not only in the build up to the event, but on the day itself. I was after a tailored plan to fit around work an family life, and Stu was able to so just that, working with me to find a way to fit the training into my availability. There were different options to suit all budgets and I found one that worked for me. The plan was easy to follow, I received monthly updates and offers of support and advice (even on the best places to park during the event), and importantly worked! From never having done an event of that scale before, I completed it inside my target time. It was an awesome experience (even though it was the wettest event ever!) and hugely helped by Stu.
