"needed to return a faulty controller fort a known issue which there is many forums online for, the staff tested it for 10 seconds deemed it as not faulty and that was it, so i am now stuck with a broken controller which i cant sell which was also £150. staff seem to think that the money is going to come out of their wages. extremely unhelpful and uninterested."
