"The staff are so friendly and helpful. We've been taking our small puppy, Louie, to the Puppy Hour and it's been fantastic for him. The puppies love it and they're able to run around/play safely. What's more it's a free service. The store is well stocked and the staff very knowledgeable too."
"Took my nearly 5 month old whippet puppy to get a new harness and coat as he had outgrown his own. Was served mainly by Jas but a bit by Nick too. Both ladies were absolutely amazing! I have never had a dog before so kept thinking of items I wanted information on and Jas and Nick could not have been more helpful if they tried. They were really helpful, full of knowledge and advice and even took the time to get to know my puppy which was lovely. Thank you ladies, you will definitely be seeing us again ☺️"
