"APS have mangaed my property for around 3 years. They've always undertaken any instructions promptly and ensured the rent was delivered on time each month. I'm selling the property so have recently ended the tenancy agreement, there was quite a bit of damage but Jane from APS worked really hard to get all the required work organised (clean, paint, carpet change!) - and it was all sorted in a week. They are always able to answer the phone and call back promptly when requested, they also handled everything with the tenant so I didn't need to get involved. I'd definitely recommend them.
