I SPOKE TO THE PROPERTY SCHEMES AND ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY LIGHT CLERICAL ERROR. YOU WERE NEVER REGISTERED. Terrible service Not a member of any Property Scheme to date I thought I knew this company as I have been using them for a number of years, paying a hefty management fee with the understanding they were looking after my interest. Never thought I had to check anything because that is why you have management to look after your interest so I thought. To cut a long story short, after I raised concerns of the terrible conditions of my property and also notice to evict tenants, which they forgot initially, to date I have not received a copy so tenant and estate agent case with solicitors, I was dropped like a lead balloon and basically left out to dry without notice. PS Properties has refused contact even with my solicitor. Also found out they were not part of the Property Ombudsmen Scheme (PRS) which they had on their website for years. Now it appears PRS removed and they now have Property Redress Scheme (PRS) on their website and as of today, they are not a member of PRS either. I would stay clear of this company. Avoid Avoid."
