"Worst experience I ever had. On day 1, they arranged for viewing and visited the home . Orange Square asked us to do a holding deposit if they want to lock it. So we made a holding deposit on day 2 and we have provided all our docs. On day 3, they are telling 2 reasons for rejection. 1) Since we have delayed sending our docs, the landlord is not satisfied. 2) The landlord is not happy with our papers (Note: We are earning a higher salary than their expectations) After they confirmed our rejection, within half an hour I called and enquired about the property on the right move, they told its already booked. So, Orange Square played very well. Don't believe them. If you are a trustworthy agency, then you should have verified our papers and then ask for a holding deposit."
