"Rude Customer Service (Döne) One of the individuals (Her name was Döne) at the Edmonton branch were very disrespectful towards my elderly and disabled Father which is unacceptable. She somehow assumes that elderly people may not know the law and legislations of the UK and believes her company could do whatever they want without agreeing this with their customers. This person needs to be trained or an audit may be coming soon to the agency. Most likely will refer you to the property ombudsman or the NTSEAT."
