"This place is absolute shameless who has a business looking rundown and dirty! I like to ask what does this business owner do with their money if not to invest to make good to give the public a good quality shop. A shop front is a reflection on the owner."
"They manage a property on my mother's road and honestly there is 100 people inside a 3 bedroom house. It is so overcrowded that they loiter along the residential road. The fact that they are proud of this let and there board is in front of the property is hilarious. The property looks a state from the outside could only imagine the inside. This agency has completely ruined our lovely road by allowing this to happen."
"Worse rental agency ever. My friend rented accommodation from here for just under a year with her 6 month old. The flat never had any heating at all. She called Eurostars for months on end however they never fixed the heating despite there being a baby who was always sick due to this. Environmental health visited the property and confirmed there was no working heating, mould, and damp in the property and fined Eurostars. The staff are very rude and do not care. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Many tenants have had the same experience. I would advise you stay clear."

"Euro stars are in charge of the flat above mine and I've had nothing but grief with them. In the past 2 years my flat has been flooded 4 times from upstairs and they were not interested in helping, the family upstairs are in breech of the tenancy agreement through making excessive noise from 2000hrs to 0700hrs in the form of children screaming and banging stuff around. Still euro stars are not interested. The children upstairs who are all under the age of 5 went through a phase of throwing all thier belongings out of the 3rd story window, still euro stars were not interested. I've been calling them for the last 4 weeks trying to get some answers as to what is going on and they are refusing to get back to me. This is unacceptable as the family upstairs are making my life a living hell."
