"Florence House is my first permanent resident in London. I really love the living environment here(very new and clean), especially the real estate management (and the concierge!) Ives, Ash and the securities at night have been very helpful when I have any issues (also facilities too!), they are all very patient and welcoming - that makes my stay feels a lot more homey and enjoyable! I also love the festival events held by them! Good job! (Maybe we can add some gifts/lucky draw in the future?) Besides the festival events, it would be great if there are happy hour on every Friday!"

"Great place to live!! I started living at Florence House a month ago and I have had such a pleasant experience from the start. The location is great, only a short walk to the Colindale tube station and shops such as Sainsburys and Co-op. The flats are modern and I have had no issues so far. The communal areas are well maintained and accessible to all residents. The on-site team, Ash, Ives, and Mahesh have been amazing and so helpful."
