"This is one of the worst managing agencies I have come across. The staff are rude and the service is completely poor quality. They do not care about their people or their properties. They are just interested in how much money they can make. They send out tradesmen’s to the properties without authorisation and charge you an extortionate fee. The MD Suzy, is so rude and spoke to my husband in a patronising manner, she does not listen to any of your issues or queries and he’s just interested in making money out of you. They charge a high rate for such poor service. I do not recommend this to anyone"

I have only ever found the team to be professional, efficient and courteous - handling every aspect from finding new tenants, end of tenancy administration, the legal side, managing any issues at the property and liaison with in situ tenants. "I have one property that Paige and Petrook manage for me. It is located quite some distance from where I live and so requires a full management service. P&P have managed my property for many years and make the whole process of being a landlord very low maintenance. They are a really nice team of people and are efficient and pro-active when problems arise. Just as important for me is that tenants are also happy with the service, it is after all their home, and I’m pleased to say that also appears to be the case. From my experience I am more than happy to recommend them."
