They are professional and respond promptly. Throughout this experience, they have gone above and beyond and provided me with advice and answered any queries I had. It is important to separate the Estate Agents from the landlord/landlady however (as dealing with the landlady was an entirely unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience). "I would highly advise not to go near this estate agent. I have been dealing with them for nearly a year now and that's enough. After you find a property with them it is hard to get into contact and speak to the correct people you need. They are unprofessional and it took them 3 months to fix a broken bed after we had to call most days to try sort this. We have for e.g. Gas men walking in unattended with keys to the property and no warning of this so quite a wake up call. Meeting scheduled and they don't turn up and you have to call up and waste more time trying to Find out what's going on. Honestly it's been a nightmare and this experience and really put me off"
