"Terrible Desert place. Avoid. The food is standard at best. What really lets them down is the service. You’ll be waiting 90 minutes for delivery. On the 2 hour mark I asked for a refund. They sent me to their website where there is no option to refund. The manager then said, he will give me cash because of this. But then added he cannot do this until Tuesday (It was Sunday). They are all a joke and have no idea what they are doing. Just go to icestones. Well worth the extra £1.50"
"Late delivery Just 0rdered cake and took about an hour and half. If you don't want to use uber drivers and can't deliver on time then should stop offering delivery service as I see most of the people having same issue"
"Absolute joke of a business. This business made me wait over 3 hours for a delivery. When I contacted them I was told lies by 2 different staff members and one member had said we hadn’t delivered because it was too far away. Then I spoke to the manager Imran and he said he would personally deliver himself and that his staff members shouldn’t have lied. At the end I still haven’t received my order and no refund. Uber should ban these guys and they shouldn’t be allowed to do business in the future. What a joke!"
