"For the second time in a row, our table not available despite booking with the app. When we were eventually seated, decided on 3 meals. However, parts of 2 of the meals not available but staff unwilling to offer an alternative. Therefore expected to pay full price for the privilege of not getting the full meal. Thanks a lot, not!
