"Everything about this hotel is excellent, beautifully decorated and comfortable with interesting and diverse art work on every floor. There are comfortable areas in which to sit and read the papers and relax and also a bar. The orangery was a lovely room to have breakfast in but most important we’re the staff, they are all very wonderful. It happened to be my birthday when we stayed and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable day. Both my daughter and myself felt we had found a place that would be a real pleasure to return to."

"Lovely hotel ! We had an amazing stay at this brand new hotel. The room is excellent with tea and coffee, ironing board and hairdryer. The location suited us really well with only half an hour walk to the Tower of London. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they were more than happy to help us with anything we needed and even gave us a tour of the beautiful hotel. We would definitely stay here again."
