"This Is an update. Seriously the best chemist I know or have been to. When the main pharmacist is in on his own if ppl would take the time to note, he is still attending the counter, is filling in orders for the next day, SO I CAN IMAGINE ITS HARD TO ANSWER THE PHONE UNTIL HE HAS THOSE OTHER 2 ARMS ATTACHED TO HIS BODY, . GIVING HIM 4 ARMS. PLEASE BE PATIENT PATIENTS. I have always thought this pharmacy to be amazing, and they did pick up and hang up, but I've called many times and had no problem, so I believe there must be something going on, as morally the pharmacist wouldn't act like this. I have just read how hard you've all worked , and I wouldn't disagree with that, I'm also classed as clinically serverally vulnerable but you stay open late, so rather than take advantage of the delivery service, as I know you must be so busy, so I use the lateness of the pharmacy, and collect my own. I may be wrong, there may be a reason why they kept hanging up. So I will wait and call later. Please don't forget tho, they offer a really late service which most pharmacists do not offer. Plus the pharmacist is so helpful. I'm not saying no one has had a problem, but they are under pressure, if went and spoken to him, I'm sure problems would be resolved."
