"Putting a sign in the window / on the door to notify people of a change to opening hours will only ever have limited success. People check the website, see you open at 8:15am & arrive at the pharmacy accordingly. Surely the person who wrote the sign stating you now open at 9am could have altered your hours on-line and prevented people having to wait outside for 45mins. Very poor customer care to my elderly father today left outside and told they had more important things to do!"
"Staff rude and often shout at you if you question them about where your prescription is then when they realise they made a mistake dont even apologise. I had a panic attack in the pharmacy and after 6 members of staff either wouldnt look at me or glared at me like I was an annoyance one of them asked me if I was ok. When I said no I received no response. I have changed pharmacy I have put up with these for far too long."
