"Absolute shambles. There's always a queue. The staff are unorganised. They send out texts saying your medication is ready to collect when it isn't. They can't give out medication without a pharmacist on site & there's never a pharmacist on site. Opt for deliveries or another chemist because this one is a disaster!"

"Ordered my usual prescriptions and unbeknown to they were sent on to Well Pharmacy. They advised after 48 hours plus that they needed another 48 hours (working). Explaining that this was the first I knew of this, I explained I had no medication left of s certain item. To which I was told, oh I'll do that now for you, great I replied, I'll come at 4 o'clock and pick up. No wait till you get a text to tell you that they are ready. Waited for a text that never came! All Friday through to Monday, symptoms now active again. Told this morning you shouldn't have been told you woul get a text, we only do this when we have all the items! So may not get today. Thank you Well Pharmacy - undoubtedly not the best, thought Lloyds were bad never ready when you went, often couldn't find the prescription. Both very poor"
