"My COVID appt was 11.05 am so I turned up early at 10.55, still sat there at 11.35. Nobody had the decency to explain why they were so late. I eventually came away as I had come out of work on the other side of town. Very poor service and judging by the amount of people who came in and left without prescriptions I'm surprised its still open. Garbage service"
