"Rude vile staff especially the one working front counter today at 4:10pm they put a sign up saying they do not tolerate abuse to staff yet she is ok to abuse customers shouting across the store whilst I have my daughter with me absolutely disgusting. The slowest service ever don’t put a sign up saying collect prescriptions after 48 hours and then tell people they have to wait an hour and half. Absolutely horrible they all need some training on how to do customer service! And the lady who served me needs sacking speaking to customers that way."

"The staff are so rude, they didn't have an item on my prescription so gave me a ticket for the 56 tablets owed, the next day when I went to pick them up I handed the ticket saying 56 tablets owed so when they brought me a box with 6 tablets in I told them about the mistake, turns out it was my fault that the member of staff I gave it to read the name but not the amount, apparently it is people like me that cause them problems, I won't be using this pharmacy in the future and strongly recommend that nobody else does either!!!!!!!!!!!"
