"Really great themed hotel. Thought they hit the safari stay theme very well. We had a room with a view and saw animals as morning went on. The breakfast was good and the only part that was a shame was checking out at 10am as the animals were just coming to life after we had breakfast."

"Very impressed, staff were all friendly and polite. Room was very spacious and clean, even had a fridge. Food was lovely and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Will definitely recommend"

"Great hotel but under staffed. Every staff member we saw was super helpful and friendly but on several occasions they were having to cover multiple positions. Disappointed that there were swimming lessons in the pool as this took a lot of space and we were really excited for swimming. Surely we should have been told this when booking? The rooms were great and there's so many points to see the animals from the hotel which is really nice. Lack of vegan options and vegan labelling on the menu was disappointing."
