"This property did not answer any of my emails or phone calls. I showed up to the property and no one was there. I was not able to check in. I was there at the property for hours. I was not contacted with information to check in until 10pm the night of my stay. The refused to refund me."

"Just stayed 1 night for work. Clean & tidy, good off road parking. Rooms basic, mattress wasn't the best, shared bathroom. There is a kitchen and a dining table to eat at."

"Very steep and narrow stairs for getting luggage up & down. It's on the older side but modernized in some areas. The lounge was broken. We didn't use much as the cooking facilities were dirty."

"Tried to book this place, but they wanted a £200 security deposit (for a 3 night's stay... it was almost as much as the full rental amount). All was fine, until they 'attempted' to process the deposit. They were apparently unable to do so, because it kept declining. There was plenty of money available on the card, and this is evidenced by the fact that they had only just taken the fee for the apartment the day before! After waiting 50 minutes on hold with my bank, they tell me these people hadn't even tried to take a deposit and have no record of it declining either. I have come to the conclusion all of this is simply incompetence on their part, or perhaps their IT system was not working properly. Best to just avoid, unless you're happy to deal with the agro of a deposit days before your trip, and the possibility of having to book something else entirely at last minute when they're unable to take a payment... AVOID."
