"I undertook the DIY EAP training with Sharon over 10 weeks towards the end of 2022. The information that she shared was truly valuable. Sharon has a wealth of experience and knowledge and by god she shared it all. I left every session with my brain and notepad full. Nothing was off limits, and unlike a lot of training that can often be cryptic and you can still feel lost, Sharon provided lots of resources and answered every question. I was quickly triaged and put in touch with a mental health practitioner whom met my needs throughout - initially phone calls were better but then I felt ready for video calls. The availability of my counsellor was impeccable and I found they were very accommodating to any changing needs. I felt I was listened to, respected and there wasn’t any judgements.
