"If there was a minus rating I would say -5 is what this practice deserves. Please be worn and Don't join this GP Practice very unprofessional in many fronts and not just limited to rude reception staff, bad management, substandard service."
"If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst GP I have ever had. I have had anorexia since my teens (I'm now 32) and been hospitalised for inpatient treatment several times. When I moved to this GP, they failed to keep my medical records updated and never bothered to check my history. I relapsed badly just over a year ago and had to stop working. When I reached out to get some support, one of the GPs told me I didn't need my physical health checked, and that there was no point in doing regular blood tests, even though I purge as well as restrict my food. I've just moved to another GP and there is no mention of my diagnosis, inpatient treatment or medical history from this GP. This place allowed me to completely fall through the net. I only managed to get a handful of appointments in the five years I was under their care. No one took my diagnosis or medical history into account - none of it was taken seriously. Shocking, shocking service."
"No matter how many people complain - they never bother to change!!!! Receptionists are ususally snappish, sometimes even rude for no good reason. You never feel welcome there and they are worse over the phone, that if you are lucky enough to get through to them. It's very hard to book an appointment with the surgery as well. You might have to call and call again. Very disappointing."
"Honestly, I'm disappointed. In 2 years since I keep calling and you get a phone appointment. I haven't been sent to any specialist. To wake up and go to the emergency room for a tumor. When they were telling me that the thyroid was to blame and I was giving thyroid treatment, but in fact there were all kinds of symptoms. I just had blood tests done. Never in 5 years another analysis .... And then I called and said that I bled and they didn't recognize that I called But I would like to give an example: If you want a hair coloring and you want it done by a professional , but to your amazement the receptionist prescribes a paint for you to paint yourself but the paint has adverse reactions. And again you call and she prescribes another one but she doesn't want to send you to a professional... This is what happens when something is not right with you want someone professional who knows exactly what you need, but the GP prescribes you the standard medication and in 2 years you have to start all over again with the stories because every time there is a different doctor on the phone and it's as if it doesn't happen he forgets it in the system and you have to tell him again (or you get the impression that you're talking to the receptionist.I'm sorry for that. I expected humanity when you choose a profession and take an oath..."
"Do not join this GP. They have gone down hill. They are not very good with follow up appointments or referrals. Very often delayed and if you are terminally ill they will forget to check on you or sort out after care. My mother was diagnosed very late with lung cancer and it was too late to do anything by then considering she was pestering the GP to see her and her cough was not going away. I was referred to hospitals that were very far out when other GP referrals were quicker and to local hospitals. They give you an appointment slot but never call you in that time and do not bother to return your calls."
